Marc Castelli’s annual exhibition is a Chesapeake tradition. It has become synonymous with the Sultana Education Foundation’s Downrigging Weekend /October 30-November 1. Celebrating 25 years of Sultana, Downrigging combines the largest annual tallships gathering in North America and a high energy Bluegrass festival.
